As someone who works in the industry I can tell you that the AI problem continues with the other crafts even within production and things are looking bleak on that front while IATSE and Teamsters negotiate new contracts. There's also the loss of mid-budget films that no longer even get theatrical releases - like comedies, rom-coms - and the focus on spectacle at theaters making budgets absolutely balloon out of control making it even HARDER to make their money back at theaters. There's also the fact that there is a massive lack of work in the industry right now and people are no longer able to sustain themselves PLUS mergers happening left and right leading to less and less studios making content - less competition, less variety. It's just. A mess. The loss of theaters was the first but there are so many other problems going on in the industry right now. And on that cheery note, lol, good video. Great summary of some of the issues

If the movie studios were "on top of the world, quite literally", and people consider north to be up as opposed to Australia in the south which is called "down under", then the movie studios would have to be at the north pole. They are not. They were "on top of the world, quite figuratively".

Well I find AI trailers better quality and better than the films in cinemas, streaming has made cinema redundant.

Oh that's interesting. Why didn't you also account for the inflation of movie theater prices (and people having less disposable income overall) in your list? Or how people are finally realizing how much of an ecological disaster area movie theater buildings are? I've always considered those more fundamental reasons for the waning sustainability of theaters before the three reasons you listed.
