How did you manage the different time zone ? I’m from Montgomery Alabama central standard time and I’m not sure how well I’d handle that western and eastern time zone

Personally it’s never been an issue for me. Once I’m tired I’m going to sleep regardless of the time zone.

It depends on the airline and it will be stated in the flight attendant job posting. But with my airline you have to be at least 21yrs.
