It's the same rim, they just plugged the lug holes with something. They did my rim's on my truck before I took delivery at Harrisonburg VA. It'll make a maintained rim look new again.
Exactly first they can’t even be honest enough to show a true before and after. I’ll never purchase this machine based on the results of this video alone. Anything more it takes too long with too much unnecessary work.
Look at the inner part of the rim where they did a bead cleanup everything is still the same it's still got the same dirt on there it appears to be the same rim.

Yes when using 120 or 80 grits sanding disk it's recommended to plug the holes. I have been operating one of this machine for ten years.
Automated should be if you hang the wheel and the machine can change tooling by itself, do the process and give you a polished wheel back.
