I could have polished probably four steers in the time it took you to do that one.That would be without spending money on that machine ( I'm sure isn't cheap) and providing same or better results. l'll be putting a video up shortly.
Just like polishing on the truck the grinder should match the angle of the wheel good way to blow up in Airway disc also look at last part where they switch pads look at what's left of the pads looks to me like you go through a bunch of pads doing a wheel with that machine good attempt
I saw a post of some one doing a wheel in less than 3 minuets while still on the truck. This is a train wreck. I’m sure everyone is rushing out to buy one of these things. Someone is always looking to build a better mouse trap. Let’s bolt a small block Chevy to a buffer. When you get sucked in by your glove or smacked in the face when that buffer wheel comes apart you will go back to the fast way.
Nothing worse than watching a demo and not understanding anything the operator is saying. The machine is so loud it drowns out the operators comments. I personally think its kinda critical what the operator is saying. To the operator nice job on the wheel, to the person making the video very poor job. Your welcome!
How long did it really take. Way too slow and the amount of compound was a ridiculous waste. I could have done 3 in that time with less compound with a grinder and had a sandwich
I was wondering couldnt he have done that faster with a hand held machine. Ive never done anything remotely like that so thats why i was asking. Other than that it came out nice. Good job
Polishing with a grinder Vs this type of machine is a night and day difference. I own several trucks and those guys that claim to be the best can't even produce the same results as this type of Machine.
Your face mask needs to seal properly around your face... having it half over your cap is stopping it from sealing correctly. That is why your face is slowly going black and in turn the mask is not working as a respirator at all. You are breathing in all that dust and grime.

SIX SHINEZ that guy had no idea how to use that machine I ran one for years and it spins about 4 times fast then that

Out side of rim is easy. Did I miss the part were they did the inside. Other then that, that is a P.O.S. setup.

Steven Rempel actually it’s fine for this type of work. He’s not under supplied air in an oxygen deficient atmosphere. He’ll be fine.
