I upgraded my internet and which pretty much brought my office to a screeching halt. After hours of trying to get the computer to communicate with my Versacamm VS-300i this video was exactly what I was looking for. The explanation was very clear and understandable. I had read so many articles and watched so many videos and still nothing was working to get my printer back on line. These videos will be my first "go to" in the future.
This is the absolute best tutorial i have watched on this topic. This not only solved my connection issue, but educated me on how the network connection process works. Thank you so much for putting this together.
At 2am, 'was ready to print when I realized I've lost my network connection due to a reset I made an hour before. The job has to be printed absolutely. Gladdly, I found this amazing tutorial which put me back on track. OK now it's 3am but at least the printer is almost finishing so I'll get to sleep soon! Thanks Roland for the 24/7 tutorial access!
Man i had to factory reset so my printer could calibrate; our print sizes were very incorrect .. all the network addresses came up as all 0s. You have saved my life thank you so much!
I don't show anything in the default gateway when I typed in ip config? I see the IP address and the subnet mask numbers. Any idea what I'm doing wrong?
Hello ...hope someone can help me. I have an Roland PNC 1100 ... sadly i lost my connecting cable. I used an Serial to usb Cable. Now i buyed a new one ...and there will be no connection. I know that there is another pin wiring if i read right in the web. Or must i only buy a special cable ? Please can someone send me a link to a cable that works for me ? Best way is Windows 10 but i can install an older OS if there is no other way. Thank you and forgive my bad english ...greetings from Germany
