It's hilarious when you watch them talk about their past in interviews or during some of their informal things. During their intimate acoustic show in Montreal they were among friends and supporters, maybe fifty people there. Ale was ill so it was just Dany with a, acoustic guitar and Pau with a electronic keyboard. They plays several songs that they no longer include in their concert, some they said they hadn't plays for five to seven years. At one point, Pau forgot the lyrics and a member of the audience provided his phone on which he had pulled up the lyrics for her to read them. It was really informal like that. At another point Pau said that going back and listening to their older music is a lot like seeing pictures you drew when you were a little kid. Also, Pau was singing a song and paused the ask aloud, something to the effect of "What were we going through when we wrote this?" They are very aware of their growth over time and the maturity they are gaining with experience.
When this single was released I was mind blown at what a huge leap Dany’s vocals had made. Many thought it wouldn’t be possible for her to match that ascending chorus live. As we all know, she nailed it live over 100 times last year. I consider myself lucky to have experienced it with my own eyes and ears six times…so far!
The official videos are very good and clever and a must-see but the "live session" recordings of Choke, Animosity, Evolve, and Z give you the best of both worlds - live and in a studio setting. The sound, especially the bass is awesome, and Ale actually has some brief singing bits. You're gonna love this entire album.

You can't help but notice how mature they've become in every aspect since they first started. David Bendeth did certainly help with the sound on this album but the girls made sure to keep the live-studio sound to their high standards that they've had all along. ⚡🤘🏽

I just finished watching all of your videos covering The Warning (whew!) and i really loved your reactions and analysis! I hope you are able to return someday to finish the ERROR album and their upcoming album Keep Me Fed. Now that the 2022 Teatro Metropolitan concert is on youtube you can watch all of the songs from ERROR with extremely well recorded and mixed live performances.
Their performance of ‘Choke’ during the Peru show is my fav. There was a different feel to the song, it was more energetic and somewhat darker, Dany’s voice was on point as well.
This song and video are the crowning achievement of their long career. From this moment forward, what they have done is under their rule as queens of hard rock. Knowing their history heightens the appreciation of their songs.
I'm not sure if you are aware, but I think you missed a song pre-Error: Narcisista. It was their first spanish language song, released as a single between QOTMS and Error. It was a reply to their haters who called them "cultural traitors" for only singing in English.
Well, since you mentioned reacting to a reaction here's an idea. When you get to Animosity, the official video is a collab with Webtoon's I'm the Grim Reaper comic as the basis for the animation and TW are huge fans of that comic. There is a video of TW reacting to that video for the first time and is absolutely a must see.
Drowning is metaphorical. I'm glad you watched this since they worked very hard to make this video. They played this song 26 times to get all the camera shots. Pau couldn't raise her arms to wash her hair. Ale was suffering from severe vertigo at the time from the affects of her oral surgery.
If you are looking for any live versions check out their concerts last Aug.27 and 29 in Mexico at Teatro in Monterrey, I think. Animosity from this show is amazing.
The sound and production is obviously much better than in its beginnings, but they have earned it based on effort and quality, as you have already understood. But the surprising thing about the girls is that in their live performances they sound even better than in the studio versions, it's amazing. 😁

You should react and make an analysis of the lyrics in this Finnish song. Timo Rautiainen & Trio Niskalaukaus - Vuoden pisin päivä It's an extremely dark song. It is possible to google the text and translate it into English with the help of google it will not be quite right but the meaning of the song comes out well. And I could help with a translation of the parts that is not so good in the google translation. And do the same with the song by the band Mokoma - Kuu Saa Valtansa Auringolta that also has really good lyrics.

That was my first reaction (second reaction being Ale singing the breakdown live). But Dany has considerably surpassed that by now (the CDMX videos).

In a Dany Day chat Dany said that in the studio she does all vocals for Choke. She obviously can't live though .
