The base Slay the Spire experience is a masterpiece because of how perfectly balanced the game is. This mod does a lot of cool stuff, but it looks like your duelist is much more powerful than the base game characters, probably making the game too easy.
It adds in random duelists that you can fight in place of both ? squares, elite battles, and normal fights. They are around the same power level as your duelist and they help to negate some of the power.
If you haven't played normal slay the spire (unmodded) I highly recommend it. It's a phenomenal game on it's own, and this definitely does seem to be a kinda broken mod overall. But It is an absolutely amazing game on its own!
Alright, this mod is overpowered as hell from what I saw. the cards are really strong compared to what you get in vanilla StS. The mechanics are really cool though!
I would highly suggest to make this channel feature more card video game. Would be really cool to see you play a lot of card games like slay the spire, inscryption, hearthstone, etc. keep up the good work!
idk if anyone rememebers this but this reminds me of that adventure time game it was callled "card wars" i think and its something like this its not on the app store anymore sadge but was a good game

This mode is super easy mode compared to the normal game.

Not mentioned either is that there are challenge modifiers for this mod to make the ascent up the Spire much harder too.
