sorry but you dont put in oven or you keep it to cool down only in the tin?

You just put the mixture in any kind of tins (even quite taller than this that is shown on the video) you have to shape it.Let it cool and flip it over.If you do it properly it won't collapse.
Serve it with a scoop of ice cream.
