    How long do we have to cook the aubergine & in which temperature????

    • @taldrori
      @taldrori 14 дней назад

      You need high temp. Between 180-200 C. Depending on your oven, it can take around 20-30 min. It should get brown, soft, and shrunk. In my oven during winter time, it can take even 40 min. Use the visual cues.

    Looks good, but I would have seasoned the potatoes after they split them.

    Does anyone else think cumin tastes dusty? I feel about cumin the way some people feel about cilantro. Is it a genetic thing?

      @benovic__ 12 дней назад +1

      Might be because youre using old cumin? Try grinding it fresh!

    Yotam is the first smart epicurean who understood everything about the wonders of Palestinian and Lebanese Gastronomy.
    I’ve been so in love with their food ever since my six months Erasmus year in Beirut 11 years ago.
    Yotam’s recipes bring back memories and flavors of gorgeous Lebanon, a country terribly destroyed by his native Israel.

      Hezbollah destroyed Lebanon by being an Arab proxy army for Iran. Hezbollah are the “Palestinian’s” that were expelled from Jordan for trying to overthrow the government and killing King Abdullah I and the president plus many civil servants. Then wanting to kill all Jews. Shame you don’t know your own history.
