Succulent information Care tips for succulents
1)SOIL- well draining ,porous,loose soil…non organic,a soil media that doesn’t retain moisture.
2)POT - smaller the pot better ideally 3-4 inches pot depth is good enough for a medium size succulent.
3)WATERING - only when the soil is bone dry however green coloured succulents like haworthia ,aloe mainTain slight Moisture but not soggy wet soil.
4)LIGHT - brightly coloured succulents provide direct morning sunlight for 5-6 hours post acclimation .Green coloured succulents like haworthia, strings of pearls or any string varieties indirect bright light.
5)Fertiliser - is not the top priority if you don’t use fertilisers it’s fine…but if you do go for liquid based fertiliser 1/2 the strength what’s mentioned on the bottle dilute in water ….and only feed the succulents that are in their growing period …never feed dormant succulents…never add too much fertiliser it will make the succulent weaker …during the growing period once a month or once in two month should be good ….wishing you all the luck

Frank as suggested by you I have watered my newly ordered succulents on 6th March which I potted on 4th actually echeveria peacockii is somewhat looses seems it will get opened....but graptoveria titubans is closed tight....it is not opening up...& I have placed them on a stand covered with my mom old chunri( stole) & now they use to get indirect bright light from 9:30/10:00 am approx...sun is hot but temperature now is like arround 26degrees....their are no wrinkles on moonstones I think it is also fine.& My Laxmi Kamal one was delivered me in a bad condition like it crown area is turned left hand side not straight....but I have potted it also...can it grow?? & What to do with graptoveria titubans???
If indirect sunlight LG, until wt time you exposed it?
indirect bright light throughout the day the longer the much better ..as mine are one the roof top so there is alot of light
I am from Rajasthan. Is it ok to buy String of pearls , strings of tears now?
Can you also suggest the soil mix.
I have soil, vermicompost, perlite, cocopeat, sand, bonemeal, vermiculite.
Here the soil is hard and sticky kind of.
no sir don’t buy any succulents now ..only after September or oct
no cocopeat,vermiculte,bonemeal
Should I water in 5 days too my Dionysus's lower leaves are wrinkled
YES 👍🏼 if after 2 days leaves are still wrinkled then plant has an issue like root rot 🪴
What percentage is your green shade cloth
I've just put up 40% and find it wasn't enough and think I could have gone for 60%. I live on the coast in South Africa and the spot where the are gets very hot sun 2am for 3 hours.
30 percent shade cloth 70 percent sun, some haworthia under the porch.
Sorry for bothering you but....as I have watered my newly potted succulents now what should be the frequency of watering them....if u could answer this it will be a great help....
The rule I follow is, "water when the top inch of soil is dry". To check this take a thin stick (chopsticks, ice cream sticks etc) and push it in the pot about an inch or so
How frequently you need to water depends on a few factors like the soil, weather and the place you have put your succulents, so it varies for everyone.

On how often to water based on your area / climate etc ❤
