    I want to demonstrate that some car door panels could be duplicated OEM following certain hand crafting procedures.
    The first important tip is to take advantage of vinyl material. The stretching only should be done in some areas letting the 'prone to loosen parts' lay flat. It means, they would never unstick because they were not forced.
    The poliurethane heat activated glue gives us the chance to stretch and align the vinyl before glueing it down.
    It is important to find the best glue product for the best adhesion. There are additional adhesion promoters and additives that help to optimize it. Factories use very powerful glues.

      Everything can take as long as you want it too. Its a luxury service for sure but alot of upholstery shops are crooks

    Cesár is a master of his craft. Hands down. The way he stretches that vinyl out to form on top of the door handle... only experience can tell you that it is attaching as you intended.

    Very nice work. I'm mostly interested in the first third, stretching the material over the plastic door card. That's the most impressive part to me and all my cars are damaged on the top area by the window.
