Kerbal Space Program - Kerbal X to Moho

The idea for this mission comes from me testing the Kerbal X and realizing that it has quite a bit of delta-v left in low Kerbin orbit. In fact, it's enough to plant a flag on Moho and return the Kerbal safely.
The Kerbal X is completely unmodified when launched, with the exception of draining the ablator from the heat shield. All other modifications are done using EVA construction.
This will probably be my last Moho mission for a while, I'm a bit tired of doing the same 25ish gravity assists over and over again.

Impressive video, completed in a reasonable 118 years as well.
Also, how were you able to cut your moho capture burn down to such a low delta v requirement rather than the usual couple thousand it takes to capture?

That was the purpose of all those Moho assists! By alternating gravity assists and deep space maneuvers, I can amplify the effect of each deep space maneuver to reduce my capture burn. Overall this will save fuel over a direct capture. The MESSENGER mission did this in real life.
I do this again but in reverse on the way back from Moho to Eve, in order to amplify my small escape burn.
