Sorry maybe I missed it but what is your wheel hp. My wife Raggdoll 718 on dragys seen your 100-200 time. Super great time. These kits I read are 450 or so crank correct? Sounds awesome. 💪🏼
Please post a vid when you do the dyno & tune. I looked into Cobb, but decided to go with a Fabspeed tune for my N/A 987.2. It's my understanding the port injected 987.1 cars are far easier to tune than the DFI 987.2. I looked into a E85 flex fuel kit and asked a reputable Porsche tuner, but there's nothing available, probably never will be given the limited production numbers for the facelift cars.

What made you decide to go with MRN over TPC? Do you know which is packing better performance?
The MRN kit appears to use better components and has two turbos for less lag, while having a bit more efficient cooling process/design all for less cost
Very interested in possibly doing the same. Love my 987.1 S but would like to optimize it.
It's been good! A couple little tweaks after install but feels great so far!

Your m97 was rebuilt to handle boost right?
No sir
They don't need rebuilt to handle boost, the lower compression, and balance of the engine makes it the optimal engine to boost when it comes to all the different watercooled engines.
Wow. Cost? Have you had dyno yet? Would like to know BHP. What other essential upgrades are needed eg. Brakes?
The cost is about $9k ish for the kit (link in description) and the install was about $3k or so from a top notch shop! Dyno run will be October 12

What clutch setup are you running?
Stage 2 clutch w/ LFW

@@challengemotorwerks I believe a SPEC clutch but not 100% certain as it was in the car when I purchased it
Let's hear it from the outside. I think my TPC turbo 987.1 sounds like crap from the outside but good on the inside 🤣
I'll get some audio clips soon! And yes I truly LOVED my Top Gear exhaust sound a bit more than this as this sounds more throaty and not as crispy but it's a lot faster haha
its probably because of unequal length pipes to turbo. i would love to hear this car with a x pipe or H pipe at tip

Hey Boss, did you figure out the check engine issue from last month?
@@olivoguerrero5541 Seems like it was just from the aftermarket headers/02 sensors throwing things but now it's good with the OEM headers so far 100 miles in!
