It's the Melbourne shuffle! Except i don't remember it being called that back in the day at all, although i remember a Melburnian pulling it off to great effect

Absolute quality moves. We called it Foot Rocking back in the 90s. They call it Shuffle nowadays and it came from way back

Never got into the shuffling. It's so cool looking and looks like alot of fun. I wld love to learn. In the Midwest (20 years ago mind you), it was mostly liquid, popping and locking, and the occasional breaker. Shotout to shuffling tho, too sick

Only when dancefloor surface is low friction. Otherwise not suitable for a long run. Would work on the grass and asphalt ofcourse.

not only probably ;-). I think it is! We danced the whole night like this in the early nineties in Hannover and Bremen. Once or twice a year I celebrate the old spirit. Nice to see that it lives!!!!

i know what you mean, because my feet and knees stay pretty close together within the movements and my upper body and hip stay kinda steady. it somehow came to this through the years, i actually started dancing in 91 inspired by some rap videos and was flashed by the leeroy style in 92. when the breakbeat era was over (hardcore never dies!!) me and some friends took the dancing to drum and bass - some awesome dancers with incredible moves back then, way better than the x-step-crap nowadays ;-)

I'd say not bad. I'm certainly not that fast. I can RUN very fast (short, skinny, strong legs), but I can't get my legs and feet to move as fast as you do to the music. Toprock seems way outta my league.
