i stumbled across your account and im glad I did :) this is really good content in my opinion and I really hope to see more. The "messed up" japanese was funny and it was funny to me in a good way. (please continue making more content)
Everyone in my school is cheerful and laugh for everything ( even punishments help) and we all.kinda get along but not super friendly but we all know that all of us are depressed but we font show it anyone and the teachers my class got are pretty chill except for our social science one
We all watched you in class Dylan! We are so proud of you (and glad you are not getting bullied...) We would like to see more club activities in your next vlog!
ESL IN JAPAN Thanks for sharing your first day in Japanese High School. You seem gregarious and affable, so you will adapt quickly. Best wishes. A friend of mine, James Corbett, is an expat from Alberta, Canada who teaches ESL (English as Second Language) in a city in Eastern Japan. He went to Japan because he admires the Japanese culture. He married a Japanese woman, and they have two children, wasians, who they home-school.
I remember when i went in a japanese high school, during litterature class i think or something like that, the teacher brought a kendama and asked for someone to come in front of the class to like play with it. I don't remember why, it was probably to explain something, maybe. And yeah this person who came to the front of the class, it was me. ( T_T) I had to put the ball on the stick and it was super hard. I don't know how many attempts i did, i was like "nope teacher, it's impossible" cause i was actually embarassed to stay in front of the class, i just wanted to go back to my seat lmao. Whatever, the teach told me no, i can do it so i tried again a few times. When I achieved to put the ball on the stick, the whole class screamed "YOOOOSHAAAAA" XD I was like wtf as i was surprised but it was super cool and like heartwarming. It was such a cool experience ( ^ - ^)
I’m going to Japan for 7-8 month exchange and I’m so nervous because I’ve only been learning Japanese for 1 year I’m trying my best but I still feel like I’ll end up being a foreign fool TvT
@@athenaaalanara5053 there are many companies you can go through, but for me my town is part of a sister city program with Saroma on Hokkaido so our schools are connected. It didn’t take much for me, though the visa paperwork was a little confusing and I didn’t end up being able to go because my mentor was disorganized and It basically caused be to miss my time frame. If you do decide to do an exchange I would highly recommend going through a company though it may cost more, the people there are trained and will be able to help you. You’re trip will be much smoother.
my high school had 3 , 5 to 6 floor buildings for classes and then i building 3 floors for all administration and offices(teachers) and then 3 basketball grounds and 1 football ground and 1 for indoor stadium and 1 cricket ground and umm 1 volleyball ground plus we had a large garden with many trees and flowers. so i don't know if it was bigger or smaller than yours but it was pretty large

Hi! I go to Tokyo for a year abroad studying in university (from the UK) and I know NO Japanese💀 How would I begin to learn? I leave in over a year so any help is appreciated 😭
There's many great lessons on the internet that u should definitely use. Just slowly gain vocabulary and grammer skills and I promise it's alot easier when your actually in the country! Don't be too worried I barely knew anything when I arrived
