@chaoschannel12 there are many exchange programs online, you can search through Google (e.g highschool exchange programs) you can search with a country name as well, even if you find some programs, they have different eligibility criteria, like your previous grades will matter, or you have to be under 18, or something like that, there are university programmes too and if you're eligible and successfully apply for it then you'll have to sit for an interview and if you make it to the other country, you'll be placed under a host family, they'll take care of you until you return to your country, (you don't have to spend a single cent)
@@chaoschannel12 you can just search through Google, you can search with a country name as well by your choice, these programs have different eligibility criteria (e.g your grades, age will matter), if you're eligible and apply for it successfully then you'll have sit for an interview, if you pass and make it to the other country, you'll be placed under a host family, they'll take care of you until you return to your country, (you don't have to spend a single cent)
@@dhrubopaul8640 Some schools have a sister school in another country (which basically just means that 2 or more schools are linked and work closely with each other or are owned by the same people) and they often offer “exchange student” programs which allow kids from each school to swap places for about 1 year and study at the sister school. For example, let’s say there was a school in the UK and it’s sister school was in the US, students who join the program at the UK branch will have the chance to study at the US branch for a year and vice versa. I think there are also exchange student programs that can be joined outside of school too but anyway I hope that helped
This woman got outside, unlike all of us viewers, staying on the screen Amazing video. When i'm old enough, I'll make sure to visit Japan or maybe even live there!
This video was amazing keep me posted please. I hope you have a wonderful year in japan. Also can you post a video of how you learned japanese and the difficulties please.
you are so beautiful and kind, and your voice is really nice! I really hope you will have great friends!! I'm also a student like you in Japan! and we have the same experience!

Don’t worry, i am in the same situation. The next month i’m gonna change of highschool, i am going on a big city and i come forma small village. Wish me luck 😢
Where in NY are you from? I’m Japanese and I used to live in Long Island NY because of my dad’s work. Back then I went to Great Neck Senior high school.
I have a question, did you learn Japanese before your exchange or did you already know ? And is it an requirement for people to learn it to join the program
I wish i could go exchange to japan, but i’m scared of leaving my school and also, being american and looking so american I’m afraid what they’d think. I’ve been studying by myself japanese for about 3 months but i’ve always wanted to go there. I have a question for you, are you fluent in japanese/how much did you have to know? or, since your mom is japanese did you know from her? Btw, loved this video and thanks for taking us with you!! 💕
In pakistan eleventh grade is called 1st year but in japan eleventh grade is high school. I think that high school is at university level that is why students can bring phones, they can keep their hair long , they wear home dress, but in pakistan we have to cut our hair, don't allow to bring phone and have to dress school uniform. i think you study is much easier than in pakistan.
I'm also from Pakistan and I can say that studies in Japan are much more difficult if you compare them to Matric here, but idc if i can say that for F.Sc tho. It also depends upon some schools here cuz some are overly strictly about discipline ( like mine ) but some are lenient. :)
I think she's under 18 cause only they can apply to exchange programs in Japan, someone i know went to japan through exchange program and i wanted to apply too but I wasn't eligible anymore because of my age
