This is one of the most relatable vlog about living in Japan I've seen. I've moved before, left behind friends, and know the pain of having to weasel my way into an established friend group. I can't imagine having to do that in a completely different culture. I wish you the best, and hope you have a fulfilling highschool in Japan.
As a guy who went to three different highschools growing up, I understand how tough it can get at first to adjust and make friends...but you are starting highschool in an entirely different country! I am astounded to see progress like this and I am rooting for you 🗿👍🏼🇺🇲🇲🇽 from across the world, because I know how tough it can get to adjust to new things. You got this!
While watching the video, I thought I was watching a random RUclipsr with a few million subscribers. Then I saw your subscriber count, I'm sure you will have many more subscribers in the future.
Hi! I’m a British student that has just started high school in September 2023, I used to study in Taiwan until I finished junior high school at 15. Then I moved to England with my family since I’m half British & half Taiwanese. When I first moved here I found it really hard to make friends since the culture was so different from Taiwan, I felt really lonely and thought that I would never be able to fit in(people said that I was too quiet but I was actually just really awkward and didn’t know how to start conversations 😭). But as time went by I started to learn more about how people here hang out with each other. Although I do miss my friends and I still haven’t gotten used to the culture here I feel a lot more comfortable with the environment now. So I just wanted to say that things will get better and I believe that you’ll make more friends in the future. Good luck!☺️
thank you so much for sharing your experience! i felt the exact same way when i came here. for me it’s really hard to integrate into any social setting to be honest😭
@@MimibocchiI understand how you feel, even though I’ve made lots of friends here I still feel lonely because I find it really difficult to open up to others. So at school I can’t really be myself and it’s quite tiring sometimes.😅

Hey, the algorithm brought me to your channel, and let me tell you that for being so young you're already really talented at editing videos, congrats! Don't worry too much about friendships: you're a student in a foreign country, which already makes you super courageous. Probably, even Japanese students are very shy and embarrassed because they don't know how to talk to you, but I'm sure many of them want to know everything about you and Italy! You could try approaching your nearest classmate with an excuse to ask for information about the school or the city, then talk to them about how things work differently in Italy and show them some videos explaining Italian life, food, and much more. This way, you might slowly involve other classmates who will be very curious even if it doesn't seem like it at first. Good luck with your studies in Japan and keep it up! In bocca al lupo :)
the mixing of real life footage with drawn art in the video made it feel like both a vlog along as a story time animation at the same time, but done without the need of much speech but more so on text. I love it sm, very wholesome, will watch again 👌👌👌
