Been following and doing your yoga classes since the "self adjustment of the spine" one - long time ago! I am glad you are doing so many more videos here in the recent years!❤
Waaaay back! That was my first video ever! The pandemic helped me to find a bigger way to share this knowledge. Here on RUclips. Thank you for being part of the journey.
A humble thank you from the bottom of my heart❤. I managed to still my mind finally. I followed yoyr beginner kundalini yoga totorial too before arriving to this ine. Amazing! I sat in silence for about 15 mins. Did all my visualisation in that state of mind.
So good. You paired us perfectly. First some movement and then some stillness. You mind wants to be your friend. Now you have proof. ⭐️ keep going daily best you can.
@@YogaVisionOnline Thank YOU for being here! ❤️ Unrelated question, but one I have been meaning to ask: In some meditations, it requires that the eyes remain slightly open to let in a sliver of light. For the life of me, I have the hardest time doing this and always end up with my eyes closed (but still focused on the focal point - tip of nose, object or space in front of me, etc...). Does this adversely affect the meditation? What are the benefits of having the eyes slightly open? (Oops, I guess that’s two questions! 😂)

Lots of love to you. I love coming back to this practice. 🤍✨✨🌞
We all need a go to practice.
bless your heart ♥ thank you so much for this. It was a calling to start again after 10 weeks of sickness. I'll heal WITH kundalini better I'm sure 😊
So good that you want to heal. That’s a choice. And using breathwork to do that will certainly speed it up.
❤
