I haven't seen this until today. 8:36 - I'm honestly frustrated at myself at the moment. Sometimes I get into a Parris Island Marine Boot Camp mindset, or like it's do or d*e. I'm used to being hard on myself, whether its how others view me, or how I view my own worth.
Took me 4 sessions on my own 💫👁...breath out of body...took me to floating meditation feelings 🫠🫠☯️🕉🕉🕉🕉..i counted heartbeats.....the body does what the mind tells it To 🌱🌱
Dear Salima and yogavision community, I have one question about the practices. Is it possible to do different meditations in a row? or is it better to let some time in between? thank you so much for your help and for the great videos !
Thank you for asking. Yes sitting quietly after each meditations is important. Let the energy flow. Feel held by it and notice how you relate to each other. And then once you feel clear and full, drink some water, walk around a bit and then see if you really need another. If so - go ahead and do the same thing after. ❤️ hope this helps.
@@YogaVisionOnline sorry, one more question on that. What happens, if you do more than one? is each practice useless if you mix them? or is it overwhelming the body?
It’s different for everyone. I recommend one at a time to really notice what is happening. Especially if there is past trauma or a chronic state. We all have a past, activity levels, diet, stress, genetics that play a role in how we take to the practice. If you find that multiple practices work for you - I wouldn’t argue what you decide. It will be clear when a video is not working for you and equally clear when something is working Hope that helps.

Breathe. Soothe your nervous system.
