Leon so true.. 300 is great for tight technical riding but a big bore 4t is the only bike of choice for a track like this, only 2 stroke that would say might do the job is a cr500 stuffed into a new chassis.

I'll show this to my missus now as it will help to set the other end of the spectrum in terms of the possible dirt-bike riding husband/father service levels she might expect. You know, guy comes home from 2 weeks working on the mines, gives the baby a cuddle says hi to the wife and then out on an epic motorcycle race. Holy shit I've been doing it all wrong this whole time...
Outstanding video Adam, especially the drone coverage of the prologue, it gave a great overall sense of what the track was doing. Bummer about the last part though, I wouldn't wish that on anyone. Next year Louis!

Melissa Hillmer you got that right. Raced for 13 years on KTM two strokes first year on a 2016 modified suspension KTM 450 SXF. The difference is crazy faster than the 300 two stroke. Especially in those conditions on that track.
