I like this better than the other one I had. this one you pull out the bucket the old one I had made me lift the top off to empty the bucket. That top was heavy to lift every time I had to empty it. Now woluld you pleas show me how to put the wheels on this one.

Can it shred strips of cardboard for composting?

yes! as long as it fits in the slot. the cardboard has to be less than 1/4 inch thick.
