This is my biggest personal challenge, and this meditation really helped me let go and just cry my eyes out. I have been so afraid of rejection and I worry of being unworthy of love. But I am not unworthy of the love I give myself and I don't want to reject myself anymore.

Hey Linda, Its the first time Im listening to this 26 minutes meditation and it felt like 15 minutes. It made me feel very relaxed and grounded. I've been ignoring myself true feeling as i always fear to get hurt. But I've been learning to accept and let go. This meditAtion sesh made me feel loved and i felt like I've been missing myself so much and so long. Cried sensation went all thru my veins. Thank you for spreading your kindness Linda.
