Thank you for this meditation. I am in a dark place at the moment and keep thinking that I should be doing more to get myself out of it. Today I am trying to be more compassionate with myself. I am listening to soothing meditations as I sit in the garden, and trying to tell myself that it's okay and that I don't need to do more. But I am so afraid that it won't get any better.

Oh, this is good. So many helpful reminders. Sometimes the heaviness seems so permanent. But it is temporary and needs lots of kindness and acceptance. I'll have to listen to this one again. Very soothing words, music and of course your presence is wonderful.

Hey Linda, wanted to update you. That whole time, 10 months ago when I was clinging onto you videos for sanity, I was experience severe PTSD and had no clue. I'm happy to let you know I'm working a job now going to school and functioning again!!! I was withdrawing from benadryl and had severe PTSD from a bad psychedelic trip. But I'm doing much better and am much more functional, and am so proud of who I'm becoming on my mental health journey. But I just wanted to say thank you from the bottom of my heart. These videos really helped me and I held onto them because quite honestly I barely knew what was reality at the time. May the universe bless you Linda, you're an angel❤ things always get better no matter how extremely awful and dire they seem. And we humans, are resilient!🕊

Heartfelt thanks for this lovely soothing meditation, Linda. I'm having another relapse just now - it's been a tough year with the cptsd & related symptoms & auto-immune disorders - feels like all the stress i went through earlier on in the year is finally coming out (& the depression is the worst & most frightening part as sometimes i don't feel connected to reality). This meditation, & the others you have kindly made for coping with anxiety, chronic illness, overwhelm, calming the nervous system, etc. have been helping me so much - i'm so glad i found you! I listen to one at night to help me sleep, & one in the morning to start the day & help keep me grounded in the present. I keep telling myself this will pass because it always does & always has - not for nothing have i got to where i am today - yes, life has been a long series of traumas but i have battled through & i am still here! Sending peaceful healing vibes through the ether to others who are suffering the anguish of depression & emotional turmoil. And sending my gratitude to you for the work you do to help us. Belle.

I kept falling into slumber, then waking suddenly feeling panic. Over and over. I wonder why this.
