Very helpful this morning 4 am during a very anxious nights broken sleep and panicky obsessive worrying and bad headache, it helped me finally calm my breAthing and heart rate and knot down and get a few hours sleep and rest abd upon waking I could feel the hot spots off stress / pain build up areas in my body . I love your voice! You should be in Disney movies or something with voice overs! I love it! It sounds as if you can be soothing, calming, yet conning, and even play an evil very smart character like malevolent!! That’s why I would love you to do a story video that you tell a story and directing us in the “movie” in our heads. And help us sleep and dream

I’m determined to do this meditation daily for a month, to release my body’s apparent habit of physiologically holding on to stress. While cognitively I feel confident that I handle life’s problems it seems my body doesn’t get the message. That was new information to me when I stumbled upon an article that discussed this phenomonen.
Yes, we have cellular memory in our bodies and need to gently re-train them if they've learnt to hold on to stress. Well done for making a commitment to supporting yourself in this way. Let me know how you get on💖
I have done this meditation mostly, but have included others in my one month daily meditation goal. Some days I've incorporated more than one. I have now found my mediation home.
