More authentic signs of being in Texas. The Fiesta brand of seasonings and stuff from HEB. Awesome.
Stuff was good!
Uncle Chris steak seasoning is the best.
🤣 Soooooo, now we know she does more than just give fishing tips 👏🏾👏🏽👏🏼👏🏻👏
Always a real pleasure to watch your hunting videos. You are down to earth and humble. You are one hell of a hunter. Congratulations and thank you for taking us with on your hunts😁👍
Thanks for watching Johan!
The Texas Axis Deer 🦌 s Roar sounds like a Lion. Great 😊 video 👍👍👍.
Yes, they are incredible!
Just love watching a lab have fun!
For sure!
Nice work! Nothing like putting up the ultimate organic bounty just as you all did for friends and family. As you thaw those vacuum sealed bags at camp in PA and cook on the pellet grill, you will remember the awesome TX trip. Congrats on the harvest
For sure. Thank you!
Hey Whacker, got my buck Saturday evening! Nice fat 8 pointer, now on to doe patrol here in KY!
Nice work!
Man.... such a rewarding experience. I love it from start to finish!

Glad you enjoyed it!!
Great job Allie and Nick. Always great to share am with you.
Thanks fir finding out GoPro. 😂
Yes, great time as always! Looking forward to future adventures!
Great Doe! I have always been interested in the axis and fallow deer. The best part of hunting is knowing where the food came from. The pillows will be neat as well.
Absolutely right!
Great hunt, glad you picked Texas, it is an awesome state, so much to see and do. Hurry back, your always welcome.
It sure is!

Congratulations Allie, I noticed you didn't have your gutting gloves again. lol Dinner looked yummy😋. Can't wait for the new recipes.
Glad you had a great time and successful hunt.
Whoops. Nick is the one who usually packs them along. Maybe next time! Lots of recipes to come!
@@OutdoorsAllie I had to mess around with you because of a video last season when you were field dressing a deer and said never forget your gloves. I still want recipe book number 1 with your autograph.
Nice job 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 they're meat is so good the first thing I always cook up our back straps. I only hunted them once before but it was a long time ago like 2013. Keep up the great work 👍🏻
Thanks Ronnie!
Great successful hunt for you two
Thanks for watching Pamela!
That was a beautiful doe. I like how you showed butchering the deer. Congratulations.
Glad you enjoyed it!
Fun Fact: Down under we call em Chital... "cheetal deer" . up in northern queensland.
Interesting. Thanks for the info!
Awesome video!!
Thanks Joey!
Thats some great tasting meat and so tender. I got a hold of a buck and it was like eating bread it was so soft.
Oh ya, it's good stuff!! Thanks for watching Jeffery!
Well what a nice video. 👌
Glad you liked it!
That looks fun
So much fun!
28:19 you can tell it is a Texas truck because it has a crack across the windshield. I had a '96 Chevy half-ton that had a crack in the windshield.
I know person in my work world who prefers paying an outfitter to guide him on Axis deer. He likes the meat of Axis more than Whitetail and he is sure to get a buck every season.
Yes, the meat is amazing!
Congrats… nice work
Thanks!
dang!!!! I would love pillows like that!!!!!! They look great after everything they do to them. That is awesome!!!!!
Ya, they are pretty cool looking!
@@OutdoorsAllie You have to show us once you get your pillows. I bet they look awesome!!!!!

Hahahahah always.
Saludos buen video👍
Thank you Genaro!
Yup now the next deer I get a shot at is going in the mule back to the house. You got me craving fresh back strap now those scrub bucks are in trouble.
Sounds delicious!
@@OutdoorsAllie I’m glad you got an opportunity at that axis doe they are beautiful animals. I haven’t had the opportunity to eat any axis meat but I’ve herd they are delicious.
Cool shooting, superb meat
Thanks for watching Kevin!
The spotted deer (axis axis) is an Indian deer. It was transported to Texas on an experimental basis. The habitat in Texas for Axis deer was perfect and they easily adopted the environment. Since then, they have multiplied many fold. Hunting is prohibited in India 🇮🇳. So, enjoy your hunts.
Thanks for watching!!
i pass my hunting course this year i’m so excited. i cant wait to go hunting for turkey next year in april in new mexico.
Awesome. Good work!
thank you
2 hours west of SA would put you in val Verde Co somewhere. I live up in Pa now but grew up in Del Rio. Great deer hunting there!
Sure was. I grew up in PA as well!
Axis have this beautiful burgundy meat that is not gamey at all, some of the best venison out there.
For sure!
What an angel 😍😍
What silencer and shooting sticks were you using?
We're going hunting this weekend. My friend Alex and I in Del Rio Texas. We're hoping that we're going to harvest something tomorrow or Sunday. I hear the weather is going to be pretty cold up there. And maybe we'll get an axis also. I've seen them in the area where we had at.
Good luck out there!
What surpressor are you using?
Also, where you are hunting is a great place and makes me think a little bit the Caprock Canyon WMA near Amarillo, where you could expect to shoot 200 yards. And there, one of the prime game animals to hunt is mule deer.
Interesting!
Yep Texas is wild but thank God for Texas and I believe the axis dear is known as the desert ghost 35 lb of some good eating and I bet you that Nick fix the flat tire LOL 👍💥🤠😉🐝
I really enjoy Texas. Great state!
My home town!!
Seems like a really cool spot!
You need to come back and hunt whitetail next year
Texas does have the best flag
Agreed!
Hi Allie, I'm working my way through your vids, gotta say I love your channel! Was this hunt with an outfitter and if so, can you say which? Love your content and hope to see more from Florida, where we live now.
This hunt was with friends. You should check out Outdoor Solutions From Field To Table though. They planned this hunt. Greg is a great guy and will be glad to help!
@@OutdoorsAllie - Awesome, thank you for your reply!

What Sitka jacket are running in the beginning of the video?
I believe it's called the kelvin down
Sweet thank you
nice!! how did the MT hunt go?
Tons of fun!
What brown pants are you wearing? I need some more "outdoor-duty" pants that hold up and you seem to wear those often so I assume they're good.
They are from Fjallraven
@@OutdoorsAllie thank you!
The meat tastes different on an axis deer then the whitetail deer. God I really enjoy your shows. And your boyfriend farted? Lol
Hahah ya that happens from time to time
@@OutdoorsAllie I've been married 35 years. My wife gets really mad at me when I pass gas. But yet she still loves me. Lol

The roaring was a welcomed surprise!
Tx flag is cool, my son is a Texan! Maryland, hands down has the coolest flag. It isn't even a debate. love the show!
Agreed! Thanks for watching!
I got drunk and needed to pee in the dark one night and accidentally fell ass first on a cactus in az 😲
Yikes!
Big LIKE 💋👌
You shouldn't be ashamed of her weight. I shot a whitetail doe in 1988 on the last day and the last half hour of daylight. Dad and I had no luck that year. i shot her between the eyes at 45 yards with my .30-30 (no scope). That's back when we had to take 'em to the check in station. She dressed out at 38 pounds.
Not ashamed at all. Best venison I've ever eaten!
@@OutdoorsAllie It's like eating veal. Now, in my "older years", I prefer the young deer. Much tastier and easier to drag!
**definitely ~~~>>>NOT TIMBERBRUSH
LOL yes for sure.
