I love that they've now given us the option to almost fully revert back to Greek Kratos. It's now a full on Greek V.S Norse God conflict.
Older Kratos is still a Greek God. Thats why stomped all the norse gods in a holding back exercise.

If we're to compare Thor and Odin to the likes of Zeus, it's kinda insulting for all of Greek Pantheon. Odin doesn't even stand a chance against what Ares are capable of.

It may seem like that because the fights were scaled down slightly, but keep this in Mind, Thor hit the World Serpent so hard, he sent him back in Time in Ragnarok, none of the Greek Gods even come close to what ODIN and Thor were capable of

The spear would've been the 4th if they didn't neuter unarmed, which was more or less a weapon on its own.

@@YTPrulewe don't need the spear. We got a future and better one + Kratos Spartan Techniques to make it be a more valuable weapon. We already have spartan, I almost thought we was getting Apollos Shield from Chains of Olympus. This Dlc makes Ragnarok 10× better than 2018, Except the runic cancelling was better on gow 2018.

Dont forget the armor of Ares makes it even better with dropping healthstones as you do damage and you can make those health stones grant soul steal as well for some extra healing making it an indefinite sword of olympus with Great heals

@@s1gmaduck I was bummed about it too. Eric had some valid points about Mjolnir being too similar to the Leviathan Axe though. But I also feel like they could've found ways to make it work if they really wanted to. Still, I do really like the Spear and now that the Blade of Olympus is back, Thor can keep his little hammer.

it either would of or really of shown why judge was the right pick. Don't get me wrong Carson was great for teh games he was in, but i don't know if he would of been good for the change in pace and tone the norse duology was going for.
@@KenshiImmortalWolfI agree I think both are great but for different reasons. Chris judge really couldn’t do that angry young kratos and I don’t think Carson would’ve been able to do old and regretful kratos. Atleast not as good as judge does it.
@@keistopherc It's like Hayden and James earl Jones, they play the same character but you could never see htem reading each other's lines cause those points in the character's life are so different that the lines only work with different voices, infliections, actors.

Hi guys, just wanted to ask does anyone ever get to fight Thor,Baldur or Gna in Valhalla yet? You get a random mini boss in every run and so far i don't see them yet, only Modi and Magni, are they even in the DLC? Would be cool if you can fight them in there randomly.

@@woahmama5424 Awww, that's a bit of a let down, i had pretty high hopes since they teased me with Modi and Magni. Still god-tier DLC though, enjoyed it alot, arguably more than the main story itself.

@@nik6416 dw it's not as bad as it was in gow2018 if you collected all the health/rage Upgrades from the norn chests you will get a dew drop instead for each chest you open in ng+ or ng++or ng+++lol
@@nik6416 btw if you can't figure out how to get that dew locked behind a gate on the lake in the realm of the dewarfs you just have to do part of that quest with the animal that looks like a whale then use the zip line to travel to another island with Freya and have her read the runes easy peasy
@@nik6416also if you get really high luck eventually I recommend using the Ares chest armor and the two fate breaker pieces as well and stone idol of souls you'll gain rage while in rage mode lol you can just spam the blade of Olympus this way 😀

@@michaeljean2593 Once you have completed the DLC, starting a NG+ allows you to grab the armor and BOO from Sindri and Brok's chest. When you start a NG++ you can use them from the start
