This is what I don’t understand how to orient the Engraver in the holder so that it will line up properly with the calibrated fixture?

If you are using a square stock graver (like what is shown in the video), make sure you place the graver in the QC holder so the set screw tightens down to one of the flat sides of the graver. You don't want to tighten the QC screw down on the edge of the graver, as that would have less contact between the graver and the holder. Also, when using multiple gravers, make sure the tab position of the QC holder is in a consistent relation to every graver. For instance, the tab might be face up when looking at the graver face. For some, the tab might be on the left when looking at their graver face. Keeping it consistent will prevent the need to adjust your handpiece every time you switch gravers. And a final note - once you place a graver in a QC tool holder, don't remove it for the life of the graver. Taking a graver out of the QC Holder after sharpening will require more time to resharpen it after placing it back in a QC holder.
