This was an excellent video and topic. Thanks for putting this together and sharing with us!! ♥ ✌️
Ben is a fucking beast, glad to see him in one of your videos Molly, thank you, very interesting and informative.
So this graver is primarily for borders? And I suppose stone setting if that's your gig? any other uses?
so how do you sharpen with out spending your life saving ?
Great video! Ben is amazing at explaining stuff and his work is just beyond excellence! Had the pleasure of meeting him at a trade show very informative and a really nice guy..

For what work would one use a round graver?;
Just bought apex system and I’m struggling to use it , in the video in the initial set Up with Ben he says he’s using a dual angle for a onglett to cut straight but shows the 105 degree with a blank GRS …. confused
😍
Another good one would be to do a video on a flat with a radiused heel? And one I've always wondered about is the relief angle of the cutting edge. Like the apex dual angle suggests the cutting angles be cut with a relief angle of 2.5° but I know some guys put the relief angles at 5 and then put a 17° heel on it. How does that change the way it cuts? Thanks for any Info, and I hope I explained that well
That is a great suggestion. We will see about covering that in future videos.
Where and what can I get those polishing weels that was used on the onglettes? I have been looking an searcing the web a while now and, either I am chromosone rich, or extremely bling. Please help, thay you for any answer you can cive.

What is this channel about?
I have used a power hone for 40 yrs. He used it to all but polish the graver. The ceramic wheel with diamond spray leaves a mirror finish far superior to his hand wheel. I agree smoothing the edge with the yellow diamond wheel as well as remove the rough edges.
