Bur having two filters, its not like shortening the air that the engine receives and therefore the power declines? Or it makes sense having two filers at the same time?
Your not understanding what the concept is...it's like having an open airbox but with a filter to stop loads of debris being dragged into the original filter. So it's not more restricted it's much more airflow.
