- This week I am sharing how I make and use my own handmade journal ephemera for art journaling and also writing. Also, I show how I store all the bits and bobs! I am really enjoying having everything handmade in this new journal as it makes it feel so personal and meaningful. This whole process can really help support wellbeing as it's so therapeutic! I found small coptic bound journal and thought of about giving art journaling another attempt since I do reflective writing might as express in art form. I feel happier doing something creative.
I just want to thank you, dear lady, for remembering that some people might be alone on Christmas day. I found that to be exceptionally compassionate on your part. In turn, you then so sweetly invited whoever would like to join you for a day of gentle togetherness. It's so fun to hear you thinking out loud. Perhaps you do that when you're alone as well, rather than only when you know the camera is filming you. I know I do. Talk out loud to myself, that is --- having no reason to be in front of a camera. : ) Back to you, however......I find your thinking process to be quite helpful. Anyway, I also want to thank you honey for your awareness of and emphasis on self-care. I know I cannot be the only one who can use ongoing reminders of such, and every little bit helps along the way. I send All Blessing to you and James, whether it be Christmas day, New Year's day, or any other time of the year. Much love and continual expansion on behalf of the Whole. xoxo ♥🙏♥

Beautiful song and wonderful voice-thanks for sharing. The intuitive way you journal is a joy to watch. 🥰 Have you read the book, Finding the Mother Tree? In one of your journal videos, you walked thru a fairy forest and showed mushrooms dotting the forest floor. That is how trees communicate and raise the young saplings and how the strong give sustenance to the weak and injured. It’s a whole network below ground. I hadn’t known that. Hope to see more of your walks among the fairy forest trees. 🌳🪲💕 Brightest blessings to you and yours.

Hi Katrina - I had not heard of Pando but just researched it.
Thanks for sharing that. I’ve seen aspens in Colorado, but I’ve never been to Utah. Awareness is the first step in making changes. I hope we humans can turn things around before it’s too late.
My dear Wendy it was such a joy to find you this Christmas Eve as I sip a brandy eggnog and sit alone in my home. I’ll be alone on Christmas Day as my 17 yr old grandson had a runny nose and to be safe, got tested and sadly checked positive for C. No symptoms so my feeling is it’s a cold but due to the testing now, everything seems to be positive whether it is or not. Santa will make a late delivery to the family on the Eve of 28th per a letter from Santa and we’ll be together as a family 29th.
Your your Journal is coming along beautifully and it is so calming to listen to you and watch your process.
I loved your son in law’s music, the walk/play with the pup in the park.
The dog is the cutest little one.
Can you tell me what kind of dog your daughter and son-in-law got to join the family ?
Jan a did a lovely job on the frames, I am going to start a new journal in the new year and see if I have enough different kinds of paper to make my own, if not I’ll recycle a used book again.

My goodness Wendy, your way of organizing just soooo resonated with me. I've been a tuck in a book person all my life but I never thought of putting my treasures inside. I would get so frustrated because I was trying to create the items that I needed or wanted for the journal session during the journal session.
