Sooo many! 😳 Lol. I’m backstitching on Nectar and Insects, (hummingbird / butterflies / beehive / and bees) which you must have given away because I didn’t see you bring it out this time. And I’m backstitching on a Spring kit ( round with raspberries /flowers/ green butterfly). I like how the backstitching looks on a finished piece, just struggle with working from the chart. Love how your toucan came out ❤️
Thank you! Good eye or good memory 😂 yes I did give it away, but I have been getting picture updates and it looks amazing. Yes backstitching can be a bit of a struggle but it just finishes and gives the picture such great details. 😊❤️
You have a beautiful stash! I love the nativity even if your daughter doesn’t! I’m sorry that you lost your motivation for it. Speaking of slashes, my mom was an all around crafter and I got most of her yarns. I have a huge yarn stash and a medium sized diamond painting stash and slowly accumulating a stamped xs stash.
Thank you so much! I truly understand inheriting your mother’s stuff, same here….. there was so much and I didn’t want to throw anything out afraid she may haunt me, so I donated a lot to the church where the women made stuff for their charities. 😊❤️
Wow. Thanks for sharing. I also need to live a few lifetimes to stitch it all. I love the door series. Ah backstitching……….i have a few that I need to do… I have the Nativity. I try to put a few stitches in each week…….its just so huge..I remember when I started stamped kits the naysayers would tell me that the detail wouldn’t be as good. But so far, I’ve been impressed.
Are you going to add the door series to your wish list? 😆 I have to disagree with the naysayers, you can see in the Halloween balcony how great the backstitching is. 😊❤️

@@CraftingByTheFalls Each set is very beautiful! Unfortunately, I don't know the Spring and Mona Lisa sets. Unfortunately, there is no place to buy. But right now I am embroidering a picture for which I use PK. There are too many. :D
You should continue with the Nativity. Even if your daughter doesn't care much for the scene right now, if she knows it is special to you, she will still cherish it as a piece of you, especially after you are gone. We grow and change through the years. Share what is precious to you, and it will be loved for that.
Thank you, you are right. I do love the nativity kit but it is so huge that it would take a lot of time, I'm really considering finding a smaller one to do. That way it won't take as much time and I'll still have my nativity. I told her if she doesn't want the picture then just donate it to a church. Thank you for watching and commenting!
