I'm just about to cover a R&R single bed/seat so thanks for this. I've ordered a power stapeler and I can't wait to get started. I've watch all your videos and I really enjoy them.

Hi love your lay out and vids. I have very recently purchased a v6 bongo with the in tension of copying your design and layout 👍 do you have any tips or anything you would have done different? I’m going to start with your bed design only problem is I haven’t tried welding before 😮. Is there any reason you didn’t just drill and screw the metal cross beams instead of welding? Sorry for all the questions I have sent a long time pausing and replay your vids 👍

Thank you!! I'm pleased the videos are helpful :)
I think the main reason for welding them was that there is a rod running through the main tube at the back to control the back part of the seat, so I couldn't drill all the way through that. You could try and figure out a way to use some 'U' brackets maybe?? I'm very much a rookie in the welding department so it's all a learning curve!!
Anything different....my latest iteration of the kitchen unit had all the upgrades I could think of and is working out very nicely now so nothing at the moment (I'm sure I can work on that).
As for tips, measure 50 times and cut once, that's what I do.
Let me know if you need any help with anything.
      Cheers 👍
