I have recently sold my ER6 after she gave me 16 wonderful, faithful years. I now have a new bile, but what is it? #Honda #Husquvarna #Kawasaki #Suzuki #Yamaha #Motojitsu
It's always a nervous ride home on a brand new bike. no matter how long you've been a rider. Like the man's says, the hardest part is keeping her clean as the day you bought her. 👍😎 cheers!
Been a while since I seen this face in my timeline! Good to see you again! Hope you've got some great trips planned for the new toy. Lots of bells and whistles on it to keep you occupied
I hope my face didn’t scare you too much! :) The bike is very nice, thanks. The old ER6 felt like a glove, so this one will take some getting used to. It’s got some nice things on it. Will definitely be doing trips..when I get the time. Cheers.
Good choice. I have the 2019 1000 SE version and the only gripe is the seat which is good for 2 hours then grows teeth. Rest is excellent although the operation of the cruise control could be improved in a couple of ways. No bike is perfect but IMO the Verseys is more perfect than most!
The seat is more comfortable than the ER6, however I'm going to buy the Airhawk Seats to put in top of it. I haven't had much experience with the cruise control yet, so I'll reserve comment. Cheers. BB
@@brotherblonde I have an Airhawk for longer rides but I’ve ordered a seat with gel inserts from a French company called Top Sellarie. It’s in transit atm.
Have a Versys 650 the seat is good for ten hour ride. Remember the preload is adjustable via the knob at rear ….that also determines the seat distance comfort . Too firm preload …or too soft preload …takes experimenting .
nice! i too am team green. own a w800 and a concours along with my own channel which is why i am watching yours as it came up on my feed. wonderful choice sir!
Thanks, it’s a nice bike. I would love to have bought the Concourse, but they don’t bring them in to Australia any more. All the 2nd hand one’s had a LOT of mileage on them, as you can imagine. Thanks for watching the video. Cheers from Down Under.
Great color. I have had the 1000 Ninja sx and it was very comfortable. I now have the 21 Ninja H2 sxse+. I was surprised the Versys has the same split screen as my bike(meters). I also have the same panniers that fit the Versys also. They fit very well and hold quite a bit.
it´s the MY 2023 SE... bought the same bike about a week ago, already got 800 km on it and will get first service mid next week. Not too satisfied with how the bikes rear end looks but it performs great. Will remove the rear rack as long as I am not using it which will improve the overall aesthetics. Just configured the rider mode to my taste (hard and sporty setup) which feels even better than sport mode. Congrats on your new bike!
Mine is the S..SE is not available in Australia any more :( The panniers and Topbox arrive "soon", which will be very handy for me. What settings did you use for Rider mode?
@@brotherblonde Power = Full, KTRC = 2, KECS = Hard, Fr-Ten = 2, Fr-COM = 3, Rr-Ten = 2, Rr-COM = 4, Payload = 1Rider, Load Adjustment = 0, KQS = On - I guess the S will be more than sufficient. Will buy the Topcase and side cases later (top case so my wife will have something behind her when sitting on the back seat). Pretty funny how the bike looks like a real monster when looking at it in reality. On pictures you normally can not tell the size for some kind of reason. Have a few nice back roads with some nice tighter bends and the verses is surprisingly agile and easy to ride through the twisties.
You’re so right. Doing the Motojitsu (I spelled it wrong on the video) drills today has helped already. Still have a looooong way to go together comfy though. :)
Congratulations sir! A very good purchase. Wish you the best!
Thanks very much.
Most underrated bike built. Fantastic for long distances!
This is so exciting. I hope you have many years of success and happiness on your new bike. I look forward to hearing about your adventures.
Thanks very much mate! I’ll be posting more videos.

Yep. I've already failed in my cleaning task! Haha. Thanks mate
What a beauty! Always a big day picking up your new ride. Happy trails!
Yes it is. Thanks for that, cheers

Welcome back BB. Looking forward to see more reviews on the new bike.
Thanks mate. I’m looking forward to riding and uploading more.
Nice ride BB good luck with and enjoy..
Keep the dirty side down and the shiny side up.
Thanks mate, but that means I have to keep it clean enough to tell the difference.
Good luck on your brand new beautiful bike😃👍👍
Thanks very much. More videos to come.
Congrats mate!! Good looking bike!!
Thanks Lonnie. Can’t wait to carve up the miles…er kilometres. :)
Enjoy your new bike ! Lovely bike !

@@orionswitness good to know, thanks.
I’ve used the preload already..taken a few of my kids..they’re grownups now, so the preload helped. :)
Congratulations on the new ride!!

Thanks very much mate! I’m loving it.
Nice! Congrats
Thanks mate.
Well done, about time. Thought it was electric when in car park, so quiet. Can't wait to see it on the twisties
Ta. It has 1000cc of electrons. Haha. I took Justin up the Putty Rd..took it easy, but we had fuuuun!

Good stuff! Enjoy your new Kwaka 1000 S! I'm at 3000km on mine and have loved every second!
Thanks mate. Yeah it's a great machine. The hard part is coming up with a name for her!
What a nice bike I'm so happy for you. I'm looking at getting the new Suzuki GX 1000. Have a blast on your new bike. 🏍👍
Thanks mate! I reckon you’ll have a LOT of fun on the GX. Looks cool.
Nice bike! I want one now.
Well, get one! 🙂🏍️. Sorted.
Nothing better than a new bike 👍
Absolutely!!
Beautiful
Thanks.
Very nice!
Thanks.
SOUNDS QUIET & POWERFUL...WINDSHIELD IS A MUST HAVE FOR EXTRA COMFORT & SAFETY..ALLRIGHT, WITH A MAINSTAND..
Yes to all the above! :)
Small world, I brought a new bike from that same dealer 18 months ago. Had the same nervous ride home on a new bike 😂Enjoy 👍🏻🏍️🇦🇺
Amazing! It really is a small world. Yep, I was taking no chances on the way home. :)

Thanks. Is the H2 the supercharged model? If so, I can't imagine the power of it!
I'm looking forward to the luggage kit. I need it. :)
@@brotherblonde Super charged 1000! Best handling big bike I've owned.

Enjoy. I own a 22 SE LT+. The seat gets hard after 30 mins but it's a great Bike and when you want she'll run.
Nice. Unfortunately we can’t get the SE in Aus. I’ll probably get the Airhawk seat inserts to help the numb bum. :)
Nice one, enjoy. I’ve purchased a bike from there. Good people.
Yes you're right. I friend also bought from there. Very happy with them.
Good choice. Same as I have.
Thanks, we must have good taste. :)
Is this a 4cilinder?
Yes it is. 1000cc.
Someone has a new toy. I wouldn't be filtering on it either until I was comfortable.
Ps Remember one thing...Don't drop it :D
