Imagine what Petrino would have been able to do with BA and AA if he was still coaching. Petrino knew how to utilize QBs. Brandon and Austin both had extreme talent at QB. They just lacked coaching. I mean look at Tyler Wilson. His one year with Petrino had us at #3 in the nation with a real chance at going to the national championship. The very next year we had John L smith and Tyler Wilson looked like a 3rd stringer.

While this was the third bowl victory in a row, it was not the third bowl win in three consecutive seasons since the Hogs didn't go bowling in 2012 and 2013. However, it is the first time in school history that the Hogs have won bowl games in back-to-back consecutive years.
+RoyalSniper Fournette is a true sophomore so he is coming back. Also, if McCaffrey from Stanford just simply repeats what he did this year he'll probably win it. I'd be surprised if Collins came back, but you never know.

No, it happened on January 2, 2016 thus it's the 2016 Liberty Bowl. It's the 2015-16 season so that included the fall of 15 and the spring of 16. This year it's the 2017-18 season.

Read some comments, and I'm honestly disappointed. If what you said is true and you had to meet and deal with some bad K-State fans I am genuinely sorry. Everywhere we go we always hear great things from the opposing teams fans and even coaches how respectful and polite we are. This coming from a member of the KSU marching band.
It's a shame this Arkansas team didn't win more games with the talent we had on both sides of the ball.. beliema was a good guy but a terrible coach. Maybe this chad Morris guy can get Arkansas back to where we were not too long ago and where we belong! In the top 5 in the country!!

I still don't get why we didn't win more games. Bielema had our team rocking.
He couldn't close out games at times. That's part of the reason things didn't work out for him.
