    Yes pls show us how to alter via the side esp with a side seam pocket. Pls do on a pair of pants that are not too dark. It's hard to see the work.

      I'd like to see that as well. I regularly have to take in pants for my super slim long legged son.

    Just followed this tutorial to take in a pair of men's wool trousers by 3 inches at the waist. Very informative and helpful and the trousers look great. Thank you!

    Hi, thanks for sharing this video! I can't find the full video on your website. Could you please share a direct link? Also, do you have a video on taking in pants at the waist when the back pockets would look weird (too close together) taken in from the back? Thanks

    Hey Louis, I was wondering if you’ve ever closed up the vents on a jacket and if you have any tips to keep the seam as perfectly centered as possible? Thanks for all you do! I’ll probably be doing my dress pants soon in the next week, helpful video! :)

      I don’t get the request very often but it’s not crazy difficult. Just use a lot of pins and chalk to get your lines drawn straight

    Great video as usual. It would be great to see a video about taking in pants with a one piece waistband, if it is possible to do that.

    Is it possible to move a patch pocket?

    • @AspiringGent
      @AspiringGent  2 года назад +1

      Yes as long as the manufacturer didn’t do something goofy

    why not instead of removing the old stitch with seam ripper just cut off the old stitch and leave a smaller part of excessive fabric?

      I like leaving it because normally I need to let them out again 😂
