My curly fine colored hair is very dry and dammaged.. I've tried the Redken intensive bond treatment. made it more dry... do you think curly hair has different needs?
You need a good moisture treatment (for example the Shea Moisture Manuka Honey Hydration Mask). All the bonding stuff needs moisture to not dry out your hair. Had to learn that the hard way with K18.

I have a question what type of hair routine would you recommend for people like me with short hair ( I have a pixie cut that I try to grow out) like would you say I just need to shampoo my hair or should I just use conditioner and a hair Mask, my hair is quite healthy cause its now just my.virgin hair or should I do like a once a month olapplex or Redken treatment. If you don't have a video about that topic i would really like to see one have a nice day and I love you videos ❤️
(I know you didn't ask me just giving some advice feel free to ignore) so I would say you want to keep your hair as healthy as possible now even though it's super short and healthy because eventually it will be your ends. If it doesn't need olaplex because it's healthy then save the money for when/if you do at a later stage. Shampoo, conditioner, deep conditioner, rinse, leave in conditioner, oil is the order I do my hair in and it reaches my lower back.
@@saskiajaksch9171 well in that case 😅. When it comes to hair oil it's important to know that they don't all behave the same on the hair. For example coconut oil is really high in protein meaning it's an effective protein treatment but overuse will cause your hair to have a protein overload which can cause the hair to snap. So I wouldn't recommend it to be used weekly. I would recommend cold pressed avocado oil, I would recommend placing it in a jar with fresh rosemary and mint for a few days to infuse then transfering it to a dropper ( you can always keep it in the jar if you want but dropper is probably better to help you not use too much). The rosemary and mint is said to he effective in hair growth. There is a significant study on the effectiveness of rosemary oil on hair growth however the study was done using a specific medical grade rosemary oil. Regardless the rosemary and mint give a lovely smell and freshness to the hair. The reason I recommend avocado oil is because it is not mega thick like castor oil so it is easier to apply when first getting used to hair oils. It's also full of healthy fats, vitamins and minerals. Cold pressed is important as it's as unprocessed as possible which helps to preserve the vitamin content. When using hair oils it's important to use a really good shampoo to completely strip the oils and build up. Avocado oil is also a more affordable option than the olaplex because your hair doesn't need it's bonds rebuilt if your hair is in such good condition. Another tip is please read the ingredients list on your haircare, I have seen ethanol on quite a few list's, ethanol is straight alcohol and has no business imo being in any haircare 💖
