My purpose is to encourage people to do things themselves!
Plus, this is a nice hobby for myself and at the same time I have the opportunity to save a lot of money by doing all the maintenance myself!
I’m not a professional with cars or motorcycles, I just want to learn how to do things myself.
If you do this service yourself, always check the correct instructions in the official service manuals. This is just my way of doing it!

Update :
I bought the torque wrench
The 4 candles and the 4 coils..
I managed to do everything on my own in 15min.. ^^
And guess what? I had to replace the crankcase ventilition vent hose like you lol..
Thanks to you ;)
Your explanation is very simple and beautiful. Thank you. Could you also show the Turbo oil and water o-ring changes for BMW N13 engines?
genius channel,keep it up..
Thank you bro, will try tomorrow and hopefully this fixes my misfire in cylinder 1 🙃
Update - spark plugs didn’t fix anything but then changed the Ignition coils and no misfires!
@S11 SMK most of time it's one coil
and spark plugs ngk 90223? they have a separation of 0.5mm this is better than the original 0.7?
There is no standard electrode distance? or each mark decides the distance?
Thanks.
Do you have to disconnect you’re battery?
I guess broken hose explains your missfires more than plugs and ignitions coils :D
That's true!
A new hose arrived a couple of days ago. The temporary solution lasted well! 😉
Good day sir do you know where the fuel pump relay is located for f20
Hi dear, the fuel pump relay is located behind the right rear seat. If you pull the back seat towards you, you will be able to see it. It is blue. You can remove it and put it easily without using any equipment. If I helped, don't forget to subscribe to my channel. I will be uploading a maintenance video of my f30 320i ed vehicle soon.
Have you replaced the coolant vent pipe?
Not yet, but I will. Stay tuned 👍
What size socket did you use for taking the spark plugs out?
If I remember right; 14mm socket
@@JaniVoutilainen cheers dude
how many km did you have when changing coils?
About 156000km
Which is part Number of Delphi ignition coil?
Part number 12137575010 manufactured by Delphi without BMW logo (OEM = Original Equipment Manufacturer).
Delhi is the official manufacturer of ignition coils for at least this BMW model at the moment. That is why I chose ignition coils from Delhi.
If you want OE accessories from a dealership that also comes with the BMW logo, they are more expensive just because of that logo (license)
Jani Voutilainen thank you! I also see part number GN10572-12B1 from Delhi but i think that are the same part
@@JaniVoutilainen btw I tried NGK, also doing fine. I had Delphi with BMW logo, so I thought I will try something else, because NGK produce spark plugs, so I thought why not. So, far good
@@JaniVoutilainen Can I use Bosh spark plugs? They are 0.7 mm
@@Lordshire1 Yes you can use. You can find spark plugs with part number 12122293697. This will ensure that the plug is compatible! 👍
