I so appreciate your plant talk, and the way you talk about parts of yourself needing “extra love.” I know I can be hard on myself, especially when I struggle to make the changes that I want in my life. I am going to adopt this way of viewing my struggles, and remind myself that these areas of my life may just need extra love, attention, and support, rather than feeling down when I have a hard time.
