    Hey! Thanks for the info!
    About the vibration: As an owner myself, there's noticeable vibes at 90kmph in the footpegs but they surprisingly disappear after 100 and below 85.
    Also, I'd request you to get the first service done and share your insights once again. I'm due on 2nd July for the first service.
    Cheers!

      Hey! Rider to rider - welcome and thanks for watching the video.
      I did my first service in advance @600kms before I left for Spiti. The service experience was nothing extraordinarily good or bad, which is a good thing. With the 10W50 oil they filled, service costed me Rs2200 here in Gurgaon (incl chain lube).
      After coming back from Spiti, I went to the service center again, to get the front brake pads swapped, and the experience was good this time, on time delivery and they had let me stand next to bike and engaged a good conversation.
      Happy riding!

    Hey,
    Great review! This particular bike has been on my mind for a few weeks now, but I'm still skeptical about its performance in the mountains. Could you provide more information on its average performance, how it handles mountain terrain, and its capacity for carrying luggage?
    Thanks!

    • @harshit_chugh
      @harshit_chugh  2 месяца назад

      Hey! You must have heard of the good low end torque on this bike numerous times now - let me confirm its a blessing unmatched when you are in the mountains. I had zero complains at the mountains, you can just pull and pull with luggage. You will also find you need lesser gear changes than any usual bike. And this is true for both off and on road terrains. Except the radiator thing (I'll talk about this in my next video, coming soon), I didn't find any other issues when in mountains.

      Thank you! 🙂
      There's no fairing so yes there is a substantial wind blast post 90kmph, depends on how well you take it but if you need to cruise at a higher speeds for long times, yes - you'll need a big windscreen installed.

    What is your height without riding shoes??& What tank range you got in hilly regions?

    • @harshit_chugh
      @harshit_chugh  2 месяца назад +2

      I'm 5'7 without shoes. The bike feels light in almost all situations, the only time I had a problem was once when the bike stalled while I was taking a U turn.
      I got a range of approx 300kms, but the fuel guage is unreliable, so range anxiety used to kick in around 250kms mark.

    Bro if you are reading this .. please answer this question this for me ! I really loved this bike.. my ht is 5.7 almost 170 cm,should i go with this? Will it be a deal breaker for me 🥹! Please help

    • @harshit_chugh
      @harshit_chugh  Месяц назад +3

      Hey, I'm also 5'7 but I mostly wear boots when riding this bike. I have set the preload of the rear shock to it's lowest. With these two helps, I've faced an issue never but once when the bike stalled in the middle of a U-turn and I had my wife riding with me (usually I ride alone).
      So here's the suggestion; If you can afford to ride the bike with boots and without a pillion for maybe a few months, you'll understand the bike enough to manage the seat height. If you still do not, get a few millimeters shaven off from the seat foam (but my guess is you'll not need that).
      Personally, I was quite scared of the seat height initially because I've never ridden a tall bike before this. I got some confidence when the triumph dealer took me to an empty playground to test the bike off road, and I decided to purchase the bike. Now after a couple of thousand kms, I feel seat height was more of a mental block than physical, I try and find reasons to 'scramble' with the bike, and get into situations where I know my feet will not touch ground without hip tilt, but I'm not scared, this bike kind of does that to you.
      Also, the bike is light footed when standing still / when you are pushing it at fuel pump queues, not like the Himalayan 452.
      Phew, long answer. Note whatever I said applies to 90% of situations and I'm sure I'll come across a scenario where I'll wish to be riding a bike with lower seat height, but I'm also sure rest of the fun times will make up for it.

Truth be told lot of people told me that its not suitable for you .. its your first time as a bike rider .. that really put me in an emotional low ball .. i have take two test rides of small duration and find it doable only. Did you have any issue with the front high mud gaurd while riding on wet roads? Did it throw water on your headlamp??

    • @harshit_chugh
      @harshit_chugh  Месяц назад

      Yes, it does. But not a lot. A 'jugaad' is to keep the current mudguard (stock) and attach high mudguard on the bike anyway (watch bullu biker's bike).
      But looks badass I must tell you, so all is forgiven. 😅😅

      @@harshit_chugh yes I did see his bike and compared with mine to realise the difference. But in his video I don't think he mentioned that. I was thinking of doing that same 'jugaad' but first wanted to see if it's just me or everyone is having this issue.

    • @harshit_chugh

      Hi, unfortunately I've not done the mileage test yet and since I was getting to know the bike I've not been riding with a uniform throttle input either.
      With this, the onboard computer showed me 31kmpl on my last long ride, which did include a lot of offroad.
      Hope this helps!
