I was looking for this stitch, and I found the easiest on your you tube channel, I love that you have a written pattern on your blog.

Wow great teacher. But a simple and a beautiful pattern for a beginner and a crocheter with experience. Thank you so much and Happy Holidays. 🎄

This is perfect! I ordered yarn for a “retro” afghan for my husband just like his grandmother crocheted for him over 50 years ago and this looks exactly like the stitch she used. Happy Holidays. I love your videos. 🥰🥰🥰

I think the very first crochet pattern I learned so long ago and, of course, not the benefit of YT♥

Thank you for this. You go at the perfect speed, where others are too fast even if I slow down the playback speed. lol

Hi there! Thanks for this! Going to try to make a blanket for my 5’3” body and have no idea how many chains to make to start? Would love to know how to estimate how many I would need to cover me in width. I can make a ton of rows for length but not sure how to estimate width, do you have any tips? Thank you!!!❤

I just love this stitch... simple and pretty... Is it possible to use any other stitch such as Half double crochet or double crochet by using same stitch counts?

Can this be done with a half double crochet if you chain two at the turns?

    Thank you.
I have watched so many variations, I have chevrons coming
out of my ears and see them in My dreams. lol.
I love your version as it’s the only
Part of my Nanna ‘s pattern she taught me decades ago I can remember. I showed her and she said “no you will not. Lol lol.
Anyway thanks for bri gong it sll Ba k.
My edges are not straight? I wish they were. I promise my count is absolutely correct. But the side with the 2 Tog edge is not straight? It seems to sort if go inward. Not sure what to do. But it’s not my
SC ch2 SC at the peaks She insisted On Not doing 3 SC in one st.
After learning the Chevron at Girl-scouts ( we had to make a small throw for a badge ( 11 years old. Mine you ).
I have only one ? My edge on one side is not absolutely straight. I’m
Left handed. So my left side. Where we start the 2 Tog SC. I just don’t get it. I can’t fix it. My st count is correct.
I appreciate you is anyway. and love the channel

I love Chevron Stitch but this Textured Ch.S. is the most beautiful I've ever seen. Thank you so much. You're extremely clear on your explanations. Do you think this stitch would be suitable for a baby blanket? TIA.
