Saw them twice, medium and big venues, they sounded like shit both times.
I didn't see many bands but i saw lots of band which sound better live than Deftones

I was at this show, it was a surprise show that sold out in minutes because it was at a way smaller venue than they usually play, at Trees in Dallas TX. I was in the balcony because my wife bought the tix and was too scared of being on the floor with all the moshing animals, can't blame her. But if I had bought the tix, I would have left her on the balcony to join those moshing animals. But since she scored those rare tax, I stayed with her.
Its a good thing I stayed with her on the balcony. Because we were right next to the bathrooms and Chino had to go before the show, and we got to shake his hand (before he went in, lol). A very nice and polite guy. I'm glad we got to meet him briefly.
