A man who needs no introduction 2x Super Bowl Champ and MVP Von Miller sits down with Ryan, Fred and Channing before the Bills host the Minnesota Vikings this Sunday.
Von, not only one of the NFL's top players on the field but also one of the most charismatic and successful off the field, is embracing his nickname of the Super Bowl Whisperer as both teams he's played for has gone to the big game and won. And now he is looking to make that happen in his new home.
The Bills, The AFC favorite to go to the Super Bowl, have been playing some of the best football in the league and are looking to bounce back after a loss to division rival NY Jets. Ryan asks Von about the pressure hitting differently this year and what happens if Quarterback Josh Allen, a contender for the league MVP, is unable to play this week or worse, out for a few games. Von said all of that is being taken in stride and he is confident in his team's ability to steer the course until their leader is back.
Although it was a tough choice during free agency for Von to decide to join Buffalo, he couldn't be happier with his new team and being surrounded by so much talent that being on the Bills reminds him of playing in the Pro Bowl. With an explosive offense and a top ranked defensive unit, Von has no doubts that his team can be the last one standing in the confetti come February.
The future hall of famer takes pride being known for his outstanding play but being a good teammate is what matters most to him when it comes to football. And one addition Von would welcome to Buffalo is Odell Beckham Jr, his close friend and former Rams teammate. With a decision coming any day, Von will be happy for his friend whether he lands in Buffalo or not.
Talking about the importance of family and how fatherhood has changed the young defensive star, Von loves calling Buffalo home and looks forward to hopefully giving Bills fans a championship after all these years.

One thing that makes this show stand out is how RC, Channing Freddy are so discipline with how they let the guests tell their story and speak, without interrupting and interjecting their own ideas and philosophy and what not. Watch the other podcasts and notice how hosts starts staying “me too” and interrupt their guests while telling their stories/situation. Very impressive fellas. I have a feeling that’s why all athletes like y’all’s show. You let them tell their story

Alot of black males should really tune into podcasts like this, because growing up alot of us dont get certain game like, not fighting your brothers growing up and learning how to communicate, or expressing certain emotions. You can genuinely learn alot from each and every guess on how to just keep going, and how to continuously grow as a person everyday. This shit really uplifts me, because I struggle with stay consistent and having self discipline but listening to these guys and genuinely trying to understand how to grow it helps alot, this is true guidance.
When you find your purpose/a career you love you will become discipline, consistent, and motivated because when you do what you love you have passion. Use the 21 day rule: you can start a good habit or stop a bad habit if you do or practice the traits you want or stop doing the bad things for 21 consecutive days. The body can be programmed. It like Saul who became Paul in the Bible. Sometime you need to change your name.. Deion Sanders change his name to Prime Time. Prime Time was a marketing genius and put in the work to be the best. Mentally is keep telling himself he had to make it to retire his mom. Sometime people work to hard try to create the another way, then just doing what has already ne proven and just doing their way with a little twist. First find out what you want to do. Then find or study someone who is successful at what you want to do. NO SACRIFICE, NO VICTORY. A farm sow seeds but is a while for he can harvest his crops. People who are successful ALL have to reprogram their mind and body. They feed the brain read the Bible (read a chapter of Proverbs everyday in addition to whatever else you read in the Bible, (audio books) how to books, read books people telling how they got rich, and learn the principle of money,, listen daily to motivational speakers, eat better, and exercisimg become a lifestyle. Know your family traits that could cause you to be a victim. Go to youtube and look up the 5 things that will destroy your lifestyle by Tony Dungy. Some people are born rich, but successful people are not born they are transformed. If you give your ear to a person who plant doubt you become their fool. Every morning ask yourself, WHY NOT ME, and at night finish IAM.....?

when i was a kid von was teammates with my brother in high school.. he paintballed my house trying to hit my brother and my dad called his mom and she had him come back and clean it up.. i was sitting outside eating flavor twist fritos in jalepeno cheese with the greatest pass rusher of all time and my big brother.. ill never forget.. he still comes back and has his own Von Miller Day ever year.. 🐐 the greatest to ever do it yea i might be biased 😂

This interview was surprisingly refreshing. Not sure what I was expecting, but this really humanized Von Miller for me. I didn't know a lot about him beyond football and his focus and the way he builds community is honorable. His mom not missing games really touched my heart, I tried to do the same for my boys, but I have 3, and when they started having games on the same day and time I would have to rotate. People don't understand how much dedication it takes. Wishing all the best for him and his family.
