    Young people let this be a lesson to you. It is not OK to engage people you don’t know in a confrontational manner. You don’t know what someone woke up going through in their life. You don’t know how your words may scare someone and caused them to react please, for the sake of your own safety, and the other party. Just walk away. If a person is being followed,the person who is doing the following is considered the aggressor and the enabler.Something I will never understand is your being told by the laws that are made in your state that you have a right to protect yourself,yet when you do protect yourself your treated like a culprit instead of a victim.You can't have it both ways either your allowed to defend yourself or not.Technically in my own opinion the law is telling you that you can't defend yourself.

      Your first sentence is the issue I had with the trayvon Martin trial, Zimmerman calls 911 and the lady tells him not to follow trayvon, he follows and approaches him with a gun after 911 told him not to... so he is following someone therefore the aggressor in the confrontation

    • @Ellllaaa
      @Ellllaaa Год назад +6

      Well, there have to be "rules" to defending yourself, otherwise people can just go around killing people and always claim self defense. It has to be the last resort, keep in mind that in the constitution it also says that everybody has a right to LIFE, this also counts for the people that you're arguing/fighting with. If you have other choices then you should choose those first. In all honesty, do you think this woman would have DIED if she hadn't shot that person? Could she have not gone back into the store? Or not leave the store until the situation is under control, it already started inside the store, no? Or instead of grabbing her purse, just go inside her car and lock the doors? I mean I am very sorry for this lady, and I don't think she deserves what she is going through, but she had other choices, sadly. I think the right to self-defense is often being misinterpreted in the general public.

She went out a different door to go get her ID. Even still they followed her to her car, the tape show their car was the opposite direction. As she went to get her purse to head back into the store she noticed them approaching her and begin to back up . She paid for her food, went to get her ID and a group of six people start to approach her, the same 6 people who confronted her in the store where the young girls mother could barely get control of her to the point of her knocking her mothers milk shake out of her hand. She exposes that this woman SPIT before she fired the shot and if she was so scared she could have avoided all of these instances after the initial confrontation. @@korreyhenfield7376 that’s what I’m saying what makes them so privileged that even though their car is in the totally opposite direction of Miss Cooper’s car that they should be allowed to follow her to her vehicle in a large group they could’ve just as easily turned in the opposite direction and got in their vehicle and left if anything, I think this young girl’s mother should be held responsible for her death because she placed her daughter in that situation. There’s no way I’m bringing my teenage daughter out with me at midnight just to buy a milkshake. The fact of the matter is they felt overconfident because they outnumbered Miss Cooper and they were trying to bully her and someone pay the price. Now they want this lady to be locked up for a long time and want people to feel sorry for them. They need to realize actions have consequences you know the old adage play stupid games win stupid prizes If this had escalated, and all of these individuals had jumped Miss Cooper. So *what* if the person was pregnant! Does that give them a right to go around *spitting* on people, stalking them and acting the aggressor?
      Pregnancy is not some *sacred* state of being, that automatically elevates the pregnant person to being "good" just because they're incubating.
      With that kind of temperament, we may have seen someone spared a life of becoming the victim of a parent dealing with mental instability, leading to child abuse and neglect. Looks like a generational curse cut short in it's tracks.

    I’m so sorry that happened to the victim and the person who committed the crime. They both felt threatened by each other her mom should’ve told her daughter to stay in the store or move her to non threatened environment to decrease the escalation or chaos. Spitting on someone is the lowest someone can do to you. It alway said when I spit on you, you’re nobody and you’re like trash and they feels they can say or do anything to you and it’s ok. A person who spite on you feels like they’re above the law. Young people pick up behaviors from parents, family, and friends who they associate in company with friends. My condolences to the family and I pray the young the victim will handle things differently in the future even in jail. This’s a learning lesson for young people who are angry and refuse to listen to parents or family and their teachers in school or neighbors who support our children in a positive way. We must keep praying for our children.

      You must have missed that the killer also spit, and it’s in the video, at the girls right before she pulled the trigger. She’s a big big girl who was running her mouth also according to other witnesses. If she was so scared, while having 2 other big grown adults with her, she could have stayed in the store and waited for them to leave. She also could have waited in her car instead of going and getting her gun to threaten or scare the kids. Kids are mouthy and always will be. This girl is known to be mouthy so they have a lot in common. All I can say, you may get away with lying and pretending in court, but karma catches up and when you least expect it and will take what it wants, when it wants. These kids should have all went home that night. The killer should not have been talking crap to the 7 mo pregnant mother, which is what started the girl to run her mouth to begin with to protect her mom. Her shooting a kid claiming she was scared when you can see in the video that most of these kids her were there were tiny kids, where these three other adults were big females. She should have walked away and if the person came up banging on her door or window then that would have been another issue and she would not have been charged to begin with.
