      I describe mine with ingredients too because one that's how it is in expensive places the menus are describing what's in the dish.. and two if I tell you a name I make up you don't know what's in it and will need it describes anyways right? And then one friend told me no I just want to eat the food I'm given im thinking this is what's wrong with the worlds health

    Made these tonight. Filled a Jim bowie pellet grill with them for guests. Devoured in minutes. From after the first bite nobody spoke, nobody breathed, nobody wiped their faces. At the end everyone just looked at me, ashamed, and said thank you.

    This sounds and looks absolutely amazing. For any spice fans, I'd suggest just give the membranes/seeds a quick chop and throw it in the mix (I'll have to try this). Thanks Sam!

      The vegetarians watching, myself included, are smart enough to know that you can also substitute Fak-on (fake bacon) or some other vegetarian bacon substitute.

      I did some baked chilli rellenos the other day, and they were good. Jalapenos, red onion carmilized, then cook with chorizo, then stuff poblanos with that mix and Monterrey jack cheese. Bake in the oven, and it's amazing.

    I smoke mine on my Traeger grill... 250 for ~1.5 hours. Amazing. BTW, a Margarita goes very well with Jalapeno Poppers!

    Excellent Video! I especially liked, at the end, how you ran through a bunch of ways to get it done. I'm a single dad who gets his Kids on the weekends...       Use whatever you have. I've used breakfast sausage, no sausage, garlic chives (we grow them in our garden, along with jalapenos), cheddar, whatever. The poppers I made the other day were stuffed only with cream cheese, then wrapped with bacon. Still freaking delicious!

    The most disappointing part of this was saying “we’re going to need 3/4 of a slice of bacon” I’m sorry but you NEED the full strip always, because bacon. 🤷🏿‍♂️

    I made the stuffing today, but for a breakfast sandwich instead of peppers. I used it as a spread it on toasted bread with bacon and scrambled eggs. So good!

    The trick to getting half of the stem on each half, is to cut it first, then the pepper.

    Hey Sam - great vid, one thing I do differently is I start the jalapeno face down on the grill. The filling is not hot so it doesn’t spill out and by time the stuffing is hot and gooey, you flip and and finish. This helps prevent it from spilling out - keep it up

    Sam you cook meat 24/7, would it hurt too much to try and create vegan versions of some of the meals you cook? More and more people are switching plant-based/vegan.

      @@edricflo What fun would that be? Elite level chefs can make foods of all sorts, not just the same animal based unhealthy foods every time. This is probably why his content is falling.

    Watching your videos always makes me hungry, so i went to go make myself a french toast grilled cheese with bacon, but after cracking my egg and seasoning them i come to find out were out of bread. So i used a bagel dipped in the egg and made my sandwich out of that. It was amazing. Just like your video sam :)

    Ive made very similar versions of this for years (just cream cheese, shredded cheddar and garlic powder) and its the best🤤 even planted 4 pepper plants just for this

    I make these poppers for parties and they are always a hit. Some things I’ve changed is cooking the bacon separate and making them into crumbles. Ensures the bacon is cooked exactly how I like it and makes it for a cleaner bite
