Fathers matter the most to be honest. Most of the individuals who have a hard path in life are those without dads. You can tell Gil is a chill dad, but also is serious about his son's training. Amazing

    • @InfiniteCoreXD

They do matter but there’s other players with no father that have made it or will made it. Alijah has to take care of himself as well. when that time comes. Mikey Williams has a dad and mikey still crashed out.

I agree with one part; it is beautiful they spend time together and he is guiding his boy. BUT, it’s a thousand ex nba players doing this with their sons and posting videos. However, I don’t see any videos of black boys with books. Only a ball. Men deal with books, boys deal with toys. It just reinforces the “shut up and dribble” narrative. This is all black boys wanna be, because this is all they see. I’m tired of Kobe and ant man………where is the next Malcolm or Michelle

Gil is teaching him an insane bag; his toolbox is insane at an early age, with an answer for everything. The scary part about it is he's smooth. He has no wasted movement and knows how to get to his spots. Now, once he's mastered it, he will be unstoppable. Shout out to Gil, man. I love to see fathers and sons work in the lab.

Gil it’s great you’re showing your workouts with your son on RUclips, you’re really giving other parents and coaches something to work on with their kids that’s actually going to benefit them on the court instead of what’s being taught on a regular basis in the aau camps and private schools. All of those are pro moves, pro tendencies, Elijah is going to be well prepared when he gets out of high school. I’m looking forward to seeing your other son as well, I’m sure he’s just raw talent right now. Seeing him on your live on your No Chill Gil channel he looks like he’s gonna be a Westbrook type with your game added to it which is scary!
