Hi Sooham, Thank you for checking on me. I am doing well, and stretching my arm is also fine most of the time, but doing it suddenly stretches the incision area, which is uncomfortable.
I ran 9 miles yesterday, so I am almost ready for the half marathon. I don't carry a camera or recording while running, but I will, for sure, make one marathon update video in a week or two.
Now, medical care is very expensive in the USA, and many people go to other countries for treatment. It is impossible to have treatments without insurance, and the bill for me was above one million.
Take care, be healthy. Thanks again.

your videos are very helpful thank you for them. why did you choose a facility rehab instead of at home?

In rehab, there are equipments, nurses and they monitor the heart activities all the time, which won't be possible at home.

@@baybongdiaryvery true, i am looking to do it in a facility as well but all the nurses and doctors keep telling me its unnecessary. it was like they kept pushing for me to just do it at home and told me only very critical patients go to facilities.

@@book-i8k Interestingly, my cardiologist and surgeon's office organized cardiac rehab for me. In my experience, cardiac rehab is beneficial because I can do it without worrying if I am doing anything wrong, and they also monitor me the entire time. For example, on the very first day, they asked me to do an arm bike, which I was so afraid to do because the hospital told me not to move my arm away from the body. But after the session, I got more confident about what I should be able to do.
However, I understand that it is more important for patients who have heart attacks/ heart failure than for patients with other types of surgery.

@@baybongdiary thanks for the insight. yes this is the same reason I would like to be monitored at a facility so i can feel more comfortable and have access to all the tools they have
