The level of education in SG is really showing with their youth. They speak so well and surprisingly matured. Hearing them speak their minds makes me smile. Rooting for your future success.
The beauty of being young and innocent. Great kids. Chiang Loong is a very matured and considerate young man. Tilly is honest and driven. Hope whatever the future holds for them, that they remain as good friends. Both have wonderful supportive moms/families and they both seem so well adjusted. Good job to the coach!
what a lovely family to support the boys dancing. the reaction from the brothe rwas immediate protection mode and no joking around cuz he supports waht his brothers passion is!
as a good friend of mathilda’s, I was really shocked when I saw her pop up on my youtube page! (on cna somemore AHAHA) I’m really proud of her and i’m always amazed by her dancing skills, even during the small dance assignments and performances in school. go tilly
Mathilda is definitely a Go-Getter! Hopefully she achieves everything that she sets out to do! Chiang Loong seems to be contended with whatever he has on his plate. Nothing wrong with that attitude. I'm sure he has set himself some targets, but he needs to be more confident in himself!! Whatever the outcome of their partnership, I wish them both all the best, enjoyment in their dancing, and not forgetting to enjoy their childhood as well!
Chiang and Tilly are both adorable, talented, and very smart. You can really feel their love for dancing. Hope they can go far in the dance world! Good luck!
Mathilda is a magnetic dancer, she really draws the eye. Chiang is very good too. I wish them the best but I am not sure the partnership will last. The boy looks like he is going to be very tall and the girls looks like she won’t so the future height difference might be an obstacle
i hope nobody will bully him at school, if they do they just jealous because they cant dance. hope for both the best in future and keep doing what u love, dont put yourself in pressure.
Fantastic dancers! Could not stop watching! Your accomplishments and improvements are so visible. I had no idea the length of time and energy required for each dance section. You are both true athletes with dance as your sport. Having to put in 16 hours just to compete. Big 👏👏 for the Teacher & Mothers. Extremely time consuming , not to mention very expensive$.
I love how they are both so genuine, mature and ambitious! It's so wonderful to see how much they have accomplished together as well as individually. And, they look so beautiful and accomplished on the dance floor!
They are so talented. I believe I’ve seen them dance together before…they’re amazing. Yes 👍🏽 they are adolescents, please support their innocence. Their future as DANCERS will definitely be BRIGHT.
Just innocent, child like, hard working and honest. So precious. Love how they talk about their relationship! Ballroom dancing is so amazing at teaching life lessons. The lesson where the Man leads and the Woman follows is so opposite of society today. To learn to remain connected and engaged during the process of relationship is foundational. Also learning that leadership and roles can change based on circumstances. (Tilly bossy off stage😅) A Huge lesson: how to support the partner if one fails. Instead of blame, how do you respond to support your partner to succeed. (Coach, you will need to respond quicker). All children should learn ballroom dancing. Especially if they come from broken homes. The "innocent partnering relationship" in the context of beautiful dance moves (focused on style & roles vs sensuality)is priceless. Pray their friendship and respect & care for each other remains priority over competition.
By far, the best dance partnership has got to go to Tessa Virtue and Scott Moire. They dance on ice but when they dance, the chemistry is fire. I think they are fantastic role models for partnership dancers. I personally also enjoy watching their chemistry off the ice. It's a sentimental feeling to watch them love and care for each other so much that it overflows into their dance. That's truly a pinnacle 💯 All the very best, Tilly and Chiang Loong! ❌⭕
All the best in your dance journey guys, I hope you both stay dance partners for very long and accomplish many dance goals and competitions together. Most importantly, have fun and never lose the love and passion for dance!
This was lovely to view, took me back to my own junior competitive dancing days at Blackpool. The system hasn’t changed much over the years, it is still exhausting, that’s why it is called Dancesport It’s not all glitz and glamour, it’s a lot of hard work, plus money invested by the parents. They look good together, he definitely has the physique for dancing. Yes you get teased especially being a boy. Come 16-18 and you know how to dance, the world will be your oyster. It is like riding a bike, you never forget how. 😊 I lived in Blackpool the Empress Ballroom was my practice floor, we didn’t know back then how lucky we were.
His Movement Is Good. Dancing Provide Grace. When I Was A Teenager During 1960s. We Teenagers Used To Learn ChaCha. Rumba, Waltz, Foxtrox, etc. It Developed YourCofidence In Public...
The only thing that would make them not be dance partners in the future is probably if the growth spurt makes their height unsuitable... But the innocence and childhood of the two of them is really nice. Man my childhood was about finishing homework.
it has been an ardous journey for both and it is good that at the end, both decided to continue as partners...the innocense and fierce competitive spirit will carry both far and best of luck but mainly just enjoy the moments...dancing with joy and winning as a bonus...be like latin dancers have fire in your movements...hope to see Mathilda and Chiang Loong mature physically mentally emotional and professionally...keep updating us with videos. thank you
Please, please have fun, enjoy and laugh a lot u2!! U kids are awesome! Remember to be a lady and u be a gentleman. Never forget. Always respect even when u get mad with each other❤❤❤🎉🎉
V good headstart to a professional dance career. V well done. Enjoyed watching u guys interacting, rehearsing n at the dance floor!! Wonderful dance partnership🎉🎉🎉 ❤❤❤
Both of them were really sweet and kind, but this is out of the blue, how come I recognise Mathilda? For some reason I remember her in my school in my grade but she left… idk lah
what dance is not for boys sia. its ironic how guys think dance is sissy and gay but dance has so many girls that it would make sense for straight guys to flock to dance or choir
Lovely children learning a beautiful art. I'm a ballroom dancer too and shocked how many adults are ignorant about it, think it's like boozing it up in bar. However if I were their mothers I would not allow such sexy looking adult styles on the girls. It isn't necessary for kids.
Wow he can really bust a move.. that’s great for kids to learn how to dance You’re wrong mom dance is for everyone it’s not a bad thing for boys to learn you put a stigma in kids minds when you stereotype who should dance he looks amazing as a dancer you should be more supportive and thinks instead of saying dance is not for boys dance is for everyone it’s an expression of movement
"My friends think he's hot"
"... don't put that in" 😂 rip bro
lmfao " i thought it was going to be a lightsaber class" NO "my mum lied to me"

Tilly is indeed "the boss", so diplomatically correcting Chiang Loong's grammer. Chiang Loong's is such a gentleman. Beautiful dancing couple.
Both of them are so adorable. Hope they can dance and grow up together.

They're so sweet and honest together. I love seeing people be themselves like that.
Chiang and Tilly are both adorable, talented, and very smart. You can really feel their love for dancing. Hope they can go far in the dance world! Good luck!
Haha I love how their mothers are best friends 😆
“I learnt to handle someone’s emotions” - training for husband material!!!
thats really toxic though. imagine if she had to deal with his tantrums. they should communicate not just take it.
They're kids , they'll learn
they are kids…

Both such graceful and accomplished dancers, they catch your eye at once, and how special that they are also such lovely, kind, mature people too!
I love how they are both so genuine, mature and ambitious! It's so wonderful to see how much they have accomplished together as well as individually. And, they look so beautiful and accomplished on the dance floor!
Love this segment. Adorable kids and their interview crack me up. 😅 Both are very talented dancers and hereby wish them all the best.

I love their personalities. They are both adorable 🥰 and mature in their solo movements.
They are cute. When they interact with each other , they are like a husband & wife. Lolll. Too cute. I cannot. 😊
Just innocent, child like, hard working and honest. So precious.

It is still normal today to learn "standart dances" at that age.
Such talented kids..I would love to do this
their forms r no joke coming from a dancer. i hope u guys good future!!!!
