Can you turn GOLF BALLS into a ....???

  • In this wood turning or should say resin turning video, I will attempt to turn golf balls into a cool project. Was not too sure what to make out of them but during making the project I decided to make epoxy resin hybrid night lamp as the balls looked really cool and vibrant colours. I should have sanded the balls as the resin could not bond very well therefore I did not want to make the wall very thin.

That was my exact thought. If the rubber decided to eject itself into the blade it could get exciting pretty quickly. I've seen more modern golf balls that the inner core would ooze out like a snake as well. Hopefully that is just a beautiful lamp and not a time b_ _ b.
