One of the first songs I thought to learn on my flute once I get it for my birthday,and must I say,you’ve really helped me out,I learned this on not only baritone,but also clarinet,recorder,trombone,started on French horn,and everything(besides the French horn)I played this on,I always used one of your videos,it’s also thanks to you I was able to end out my second year of band playing the star spangled banner as a solo on my final concert of the year

To younger players: Be aware the notes at the beginning don't exactly match the ones used in the song. You can use your fingering chart or ask your teacher for help if you need it. :)

I played the flute for about 6 months before quitting (not by choice) and now i forgot to read sheet music, do you happen to know the exact notes or where I can find them?

The notes for the first measure I believe are F, D, B(flat), D. Play these for one count. Then a higher pitched b flat that is a half note. (Play for 2 counts) Google flute scale with letters. You can also Google figuring charts as well. This is the best I can explain sorry if this isn't helpful lol
