It was when I was driving home that night that I realized they don't want people saying "changes" because that then gives enemies of the Church ammo to say, "Look! They *changed* the ordinance when the scriptures say not to." When I'm back next week I plan to listen to the wording of the notice at the beginning a little better. Thank you for your service.

Brigham Young and Wilford Woodruff’s “codification” amounted to a corruption of Joseph Smith’s temple teachings. The fact is, we have been practicing a polluted ritual-the changes we are experiencing now amount to a cleansing and purification. The future endowment will portray an “Invitation to the Wedding Feast,” which was Joseph Smith’s original intent.

I had a temple worker encourage me to use the term "adjustments" rather than "changes."

As of August 15th the endowment has been reduced to one hour. This should speed up the number of sessions that can be completed each day.

They should always have been two piece, especially for women.

I'm concerned that the new temple endowment presentation Omitted some important covenants. Does anyone else agree?
No covenants are omitted.
@@lw1959agreed. Repetition was removed. Some language which had nothing to do with the ordinances or the covenants made were removed.
Nope. Love the new way it's done..Nothing left out.

In a respectful way, could we learn more about the Adam-God idea that was taught in the temples?

It is an invitation. Have you studied the ancient Jewish tradition of weddings there is a lot in the temple!!
This person doesn’t have a clue what he is talking about . Joseph Smith actually asked Brigham young to put the temple endowment in order .
